Aston Martin a name that reminds of luxury,comfort and speed. The 2005 Aston Martin DB9 has evolved from the Aston Martin DB7 model. While still retaining the class, new features have been added to this model. DB9 is built on VH-Platform. This car is more dynamically stable and offers more passenger space as compared to DB7. The engine parts have also been reworked and redesigned for this model,they include the crankshaft,camshaft and the ECU.

DB9 comes in two trim , 2005 Aston Martin 2 dr Coupe and 2005 Aston Martin 2dr Convertible also reffered as DB9 Volante. Two transmission levels are offered 6 speed manual transmission and 6 speed paddle shifted automatic transmission. In every sense this car offers much more then one can imagine with beautiful interiors to exotic exteriors to smooth drive to great power.

First Impression Of 2005 Aston Martin DB9

Aston Martin Db9 is'nt different from all the previous Aston's in a sense that one can readily figure out an Aston Martin out of a whole lot. The DB9 can be differentiated from Db7 on the grounds of its wheel base which is longer then the later. The car's great aerodynamics are visible at the first look. The front gr
ill is the Aston Martin type , with Aston Martin Logo just above them. The head and tail lamps are nicely made. Keeping in view the hand made nature of this car,one wonders how they craft it. The thing i like the most in the model are the tail lamps and the hood. Overall the car is nicely curved and smooth from the outside and rises reasonably good above the ground.

The most striking feature in DB9's interiors are its Leather and wood finished interiors, and ofcourse everything is hand crafted. The central panel is made of aluminium and finished with unique wood trims. The leather is unique in a sense that its grace increases with the age as compared to others. The cabin is very much spacious as compared to DB7. The front seat passenger capacity is good for a tall man while the rear seats are also quite accomodating (not suitable for persons with long legs). The cabin is very quite even at large speeds and on highways.

But when we compare it to its rivals Porsche and Ferrari they offer more performance in the same range. But still, owning an Aston Martin is a completely different experience.
