There is a lot of head room even for a 6 foot plus driver. The optional sunroof does not reduce any space and the passenger is comfortable in every respect.
The steering wheel is tilt-telescope. The instrument panel also moves if the steering is adjusted so that any driver can have the best visibility of the gauges. The cruise controls and the audio controls are neatly designed on the steering wheel.
The sound system is not good. The buttons and controls are also scattered around audio unit.
The centre stack has the climate controls, the audio controls, and the switches have become more easily operate able.
The driver and the passenger seats are designed in separate ways. The driver’s seat centre has a mound of urethane high damping foam with a special spring. This arrangement provides good support for a sports ride. Passenger seat however has a flat lower cushion. This arrangement is for more comfort. The power adjustment controls of the driver’s seat are a little awkward. They are located of right side.
The rear seats are very comfortable and a 5 foot 10 inch person can have plenty of shoulder, leg, head and hip room. If the driver is a 6 foot 2 inch and the seat is pushed all the way back then the leg room for rear passenger will be limited. The premium package gives the rear air-conditioning for the passengers comfort. The premium package also includes rear foldable seats.
There is not enough cabin storage space. Only 2 small glove boxes, storage compartment on center of the dash board, storage in centre console which is good for cell phones etc and sunglasses holder present the storage places.
Home link which can be used to open the garage doors and gates is also available. Sunshades keep the light out of the driver’s eyes and the door handles are easily operate able.
The sedan has large trunk capacity and provides 14.8 cubic feet of cargo space.
The coupe has a similar interior as compared to the sedan. The front seats of coupe have heavier bolsters and wrap around your body. They are not so comfortable for long drives.
The 2006 G35 ha more space and is now more comfortable than ever. It offers better quality and newer design of the interior.

The back seat is easily accessible. You just open the passenger door, flip the front seat which itself slides forward and makes the process of getting in even simpler. The
The G35 has a proper trunk though half in size as compared to the sedan but the rear folding seat and the trunk give plenty of cargo space.
